If you would like to get some work in before the season begins, signing up for MADISON THROWS CLUB preseason sessions will give you a great head start. We will work on lots of
skills and drills and get plenty of SHOT PUT and DISCUS while throwing indoors.
SESSION 1: SATURDAY, DEC. 11 2-4pm
SESSION 2: SATURDAY, JAN. 8 2-4pm
SESSION 3: SATURDAY, FEB. 5 2-4pm
SESSION 4: SATURDAY, FEB. 12 2-4pm
All sessions will be held at Madison Memorial High School.
