NCAA conference meets
North Dakota throws Coach, Peter Miller - created this video to fire up his throwers leading up to the Big Sky Conference Meet...It got me fired up:) It must have worked for MTC's KeKe Burks - she P.R.'d in the weight throw and broke the school record - passing MTC's Molly Griep who had set a new school record the week before.
To everyone out there...keep chasing your BIG MEET dreams, by making every day's practice drills, lifts, and throws meaningful. Championships are handed out at the end of each season - they are earned every day at practice!

MTC Alumni making UND history
Madison Throws Club Alumni Molly Griep and KeKe Burks have wasted no time in making their presence felt on their college track team at the University of North Dakota. Both girls, under the tutelage of coach Peter Miller, have proved fast learners in the weight throw and have climbed their way up the UND record books. Last Saturday Molly Griep had a new P.R. at 16.33m (53'7") and broke the previous school record in the event by a foot and a half. KeKe Burks was not far behind her throw of 15.67m (51'5") was good for 4th on the All-Time UND list. Strong work for a couple of freshman just learning the event. The sky is the limit or in their conference the BIG SKY is the limit, both have qualified to compete at the Indoor Conference Championships.
Keep up the good work MTC girls!
