MTC enters its 18th summer of offering SHOT PUT and DISCUS training in Madison, WI.

We have spots available for more training this summer:

Samantha Noennig Wins 2019 NCAA D1 Women's Shot

MTC Alum, Sam Noennig won the NCAA D1 Women's Indoor Shot Put Championship this past weekend. The Arizona State University sophomore qualified for her second national meet, but first indoors with a stellar indoor season, which saw her lead the nation (TFRRS) for much of it. She won  MPSF Conference Championship heading into NCAA's.  Sam lead most of the competition with round 2 throw of 57' 8.75". In round 6, fellow PAC12 standout Lena Giger produced a season best throw 58' 8.5" to take the lead.  On the final throw of the competition, Sam would not be denied, winning with a new P.R. of  58' 9.25"!
